الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى مناقشة الأدوار الوظيفية للمجتمع المدني إلى جانب الحكومات في مواجهة جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، مع الإشارة إلى أهمية المساهمة المجتمعية في التخفيف من الاثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للفئات الأكثر تتضررًا من جائحة كورونا. كذلك نحاول هنا الوقوف عند تمظهرات التحركات التي قامت بها منظمات المجتمع المدني لمواجهة تحديات وانعكاسات الجائحة على استمرارية الفعل المدني نفسه والحركات الاجتماعية بمختلف بلدان العالم.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the functional roles of civil society,also the governments in facing the emerging coronavirus pandemic, while pointing out the importance of societal contribution to mitigating the economic and the social effects of the most affected groups by the pandemic. We are also trying here to stand at the manifestations of the movements made by the civil society organizations to face the challenges and the pandemic repercussions on the continuity of the civil act itself and the social movements around the world.
